AOTI is a healthcare company focused on advanced wound care therapies, including its patented Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy and NEXA™ NPWT System.
This role supports patient care operations by managing paperwork, insurance documentation, and coordination with central operations teams to help prevent delays in authorizations, billing, and product delivery/recovery. The position also serves as a point of contact for e-commerce demonstrations, enrollments, and submissions, and helps train hospital and office staff on AOTI’s medical documentation process.
The role is remote and full-time.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current LVN/LPN license preferred
- 1 year of wound care experience required and subject to verification
- 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of commercial and government insurance reimbursement and billing
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
