Join a behavioral health organization focused on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum.
This role supports the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely and accurate submission of medical claims, maintaining billing accuracy, identifying and resolving claim issues, and collaborating with internal teams to support reimbursement and efficient revenue cycle operations.
The position follows a hybrid schedule with every other Wednesday on-site at the New York corporate office in the Empire State Building and all other workdays remote.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge preferred
- Experience auditing reports and working with large data sets is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy
