This entry-level role focuses on processing incoming ROI requests, assisting patients and requestors with medical records status updates, validating requests for PHI release, performing quality checks, and maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
The position requires strong customer service, accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple queues while meeting turnaround-time requirements.
