Join Gravity Diagnostics as an RCM Specialist I and help ensure laboratory services are reimbursed fully and on time. In this role, you will work across billing and clinical teams to resolve denied and rejected insurance claims, support timely claim submissions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the revenue cycle.
You will investigate root causes of claim issues, submit appeals and adjustments, communicate with payers, and follow up on underpaid or unpaid claims. You will also monitor credit balances, process refunds, identify denial trends, and help maintain HIPAA compliance and data security standards.
