Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a Patient Account Representative to support hospital insurance collections within the Revenue Cycle team.
This role is responsible for billing and account follow-up activities for a fixed portion of the accounts receivable cycle. Duties include preparing and submitting claims and statements to third-party payers and patients/guarantors, following up on outstanding accounts receivable, and responding to payer and patient questions or concerns.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of billing or collections experience
- Working knowledge of health insurance processing of CPT and ICD codes
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework in Medical Terminology
- Coursework in Medical Records Coding
