Join the patient accounts team to help resolve regulatory and commercial accounts, research explanations of benefits (EOBs), and analyze credit balances to support accurate account resolution.
This role includes a required three-month on-site training period at the Mineral office in Centennial, Colorado. After training and once performance expectations are met, the position offers the option to work from home or on-site.
Physical demands are sedentary, with prolonged sitting and occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of computer experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior office experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Medical terminology preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
