Mountain View Hospital is seeking an Insurance Denials and Appeals Specialist to join the business office team.
This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving denied or underpaid insurance claims. The specialist helps ensure appropriate reimbursement by identifying the root causes of denials, preparing and submitting appeals, and collaborating with internal teams and insurance payers.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience interpreting EOBs, remittance advice, and payer policies.
Proficiency with billing systems and electronic health records (EHR).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
