LUX Infusion is a clinician-led, patient-first organization focused on making infusion care more human, supportive, and connected. The Reimbursement Specialist plays a key role in helping patients receive timely therapy by ensuring claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and with integrity.
What you'll do
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement of claims
- Manage claim submissions, corrections, and follow-ups with payers
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams, revenue cycle leadership, and field staff
- Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through to daily work
- Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
Schedule and location
- Varied 8-hour schedules across Eastern and Central time zones
- Hybrid role with work performed onsite in Overland Park, KS and remotely
- Work location and schedule may change based on business needs
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of medical insurance experience
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service focus and professionalism
Preferred experience
- Home infusion experience
- Experience with CPR+ and/or CareTend
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
