Full-time, permanent revenue cycle role supporting patient insurance processing, claims submission, collections, and patient access for dialysis services.
This position is based in Denver, Colorado, with a note that candidates within commuting distance of DaVita's Irvine, CA business office may be expected to work onsite twice a month.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
Responsibilities include communication with insurance payers and patients, reviewing system setup requests, responding to payer communications, collaborating with revenue operations teams, and maintaining accurate patient account information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress in a changing environment
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of revenue cycle, insurance rules, medical billing, reimbursement practices, and healthcare reimbursement accounting principles is provided through training
