Requirements & Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of coding experience
- Strong expertise in outpatient and surgical coding
- Proficiency with CPT and HCPCS code sets
- Experience with chart extraction on the provider/clinical side of healthcare
- Active CPC, CCS, or RHIA certification
- RHIA candidates must have extensive hands-on coding experience
