Accurately assign CPT and ICD-10 codes to medical records and clinical documentation. Ensure coding complies with payer and regulatory guidelines. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, collaborate with internal quality teams to resolve coding discrepancies, and maintain high productivity and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active CPC and/or CRC certification (AAPC or equivalent)
- Proven experience with CPT coding
- Strong ICD-10 coding experience
- Currently certified and actively practicing as a medical coder
- Experience with HCC coding and understanding of MEAT documentation principles is a plus
