Medical scribes work in a variety of healthcare settings, including outpatient clinics and emergency departments. You will document patient histories, exams, test results, and prescriptions in electronic health record systems while following HIPAA and other privacy requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Fluent in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
Strong listening and communication skills
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours per day
Proof of vaccinations may be required
Access to a laptop for training
