Client is a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization focused on person-centered support, compliance, and efficient operations.
This role supports medical records management, Medicaid billing administration, compliance documentation, and general healthcare administrative tasks. The position also includes light marketing and practice support such as newsletters, social media content, marketing materials, and website updates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing electronic medical records and client documentation
- Collecting, organizing, uploading, and maintaining required documents
- Processing Medicaid billing using standardized workflows
- Reviewing billing documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Maintaining compliance documentation for staff and clients
- Answering calls, managing email correspondence, and assisting with scheduling
- Ordering office supplies and supporting general office coordination
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Designing brochures, flyers, newsletters, and related marketing materials
- Updating website information and supporting community engagement
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience in medical records, healthcare administration, compliance, or a related role
- Experience with Medicaid billing preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and documentation best practices
- Experience maintaining accurate healthcare documentation and compliance records
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience using healthcare software, EMRs, or healthcare documentation systems
- Ability to balance healthcare administration, compliance, and marketing support responsibilities
- Basic experience with social media management, content creation, newsletters, or marketing materials is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must speak and write English clearly and professionally
- Must provide NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding
- Must be available for video meetings with camera on when required
- Must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and working webcam
