Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with possible weekend rotations. Remote eligible candidates must reside in Indiana and be able to commute to designated IU Health facilities as needed.
This position is responsible for executing team functions within IU Health Revenue Cycle Services. It ensures quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes aligned with federal, state, and hospital standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Preferred UM/UR experience.
- Understanding of medical record requirements, regulations, and policies
- High level of interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytic skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings
- Ability to meet objectives and standards
