Patient Coordinator

H2 Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Patient Coordinator to join its outpatient therapy team in Jenks, Oklahoma. As the first point of contact for patients, this role plays an important part in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting clinicians and helping the clinic operate efficiently.

The Jenks outpatient clinic provides comprehensive rehabilitation services, including physical therapy for orthopedic injuries, sports medicine, balance and dizziness disorders, chronic pain, neurological conditions, workers' compensation, and performance enhancement. You will work with a collaborative team focused on personalized, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.

This is a full-time outpatient administrative role with a Monday-Friday schedule and opportunities for flexible scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous customer service, medical office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
  • Entry-level candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare setting
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
