Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator for a busy specialty dental/oral surgery practice in the Denver metro area. This role focuses on creating a positive first impression for patients and visitors while supporting front office and administrative operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients to the dental office
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering incoming calls and routing messages
  • Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails
  • Updating records and files
  • Keeping the front desk tidy and stocked with materials
  • Assisting with other office responsibilities as needed

Schedule options include either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with office machines such as fax and printer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas
  • Ability to work around medical equipment and instruments
  • Ability to follow OSHA and infection control standards
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
