La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, the organization has served residents of Southern New Mexico through medical, dental, behavioral health, and educational services.
The Admission/Referral Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and coordinating referrals to the TFC/FBS Program and completing pre-admission and admission paperwork.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in social work or another human-services field, or a Bachelor's degree in a human-services related field with 2 years of experience working with children with Severe Emotional Disturbances and/or Neurobiological Disorders
- First Aid and CPR certification
- CPI certification
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
