Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Registrar to join its Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program. This temporary full-time position has the potential to become a regular full-time role based on performance and business need.

The Registrar plays a critical role in ensuring that client registration, records, and reporting meet Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) requirements. Responsibilities include registering clients into DUI Level I and Level II education courses and Special Supervision Services, verifying court orders and referral paperwork, entering and maintaining accurate client data, scheduling classes and evaluations, collecting fees, and preparing state-required completion documentation.

This is a fast-paced front desk and administrative role that requires strong organization, time management, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling legally sensitive, court-related, and regulated documentation. The Registrar is often the first point of contact for clients and must provide strong customer service in a professional and compassionate manner.

The role includes preparing client charts in advance of appointments, classes, and evaluations, ensuring records are complete and accurate before and after each client encounter, and supporting the DUI Program wherever needed.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office/data-entry software
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong confidentiality and judgment when handling sensitive records
  • Comfort working with court-related and state-regulated documentation
  • Ability to collect and process fees accurately
