Requirements & Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of prior experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to listen and document notes simultaneously
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written instructions
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic keyboard typing skills
- Technological aptitude to learn CRM, telephony, electronic health records, and related systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
Preferred
- Associate degree
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI)
