Southeast Radiation Oncology Center is seeking a full-time Patient Experience Specialist to support patients receiving cancer treatment in Juneau, Alaska.
This role serves as a primary point of contact for patients, working closely with providers, staff, vendors, and business partners to deliver a smooth, supportive, and compassionate experience. The position is focused on patient coordination, administrative support, and helping maintain an organized clinic workflow.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office preferred
- Proficient in keyboarding and administrative tasks
- Strong spelling, proofreading, and grammar skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- Collaborative, adaptable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
