Requirements & Qualifications
- Current certification such as CPC, CCS, CCA, or equivalent
- 2+ years of medical billing experience preferred
- 2+ years of medical coding experience required
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, payer rules, and denial resolution
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must live within 25 miles of the office location
- Medical Billing Certification required
- Medical Coding Certification required
