Job Title: Hospital Billing (HB) & HB Claims Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 26+ weeks contract, possible extension up to 2 years
This role supports a large-scale Epic initiative as a production support analyst focused on troubleshooting, ticket resolution, application maintenance, and Epic migration support.
The position is remote after training and is intended for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Epic Hospital Billing environments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Experience
- 6–8+ years of Epic Hospital Billing (HB) experience
- Strong Epic HB Claims experience preferred
- Experience in production support, ticket resolution, and application maintenance
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades and migrations
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Epic HB/HB Claims certification preferred
- Prior Epic consulting or contract experience is a plus
Additional Qualifications
- Professional fee/physician coding: 2 years required
- Oncology experience: 1 year preferred
- CPC, CCS, or CHONC certification required
- Experience supporting Epic HB upgrades and migration activities, including testing, workflow validation, troubleshooting, and end-user support
