We are seeking a full-time Medical Coder to join our Revenue Cycle Management Division. The role involves working with ambulatory surgery centers and medical practices, supporting patient record review, code assignment, claims preparation, and quality reporting.
This position is cross-trainable in other revenue cycle functions and requires in-person work within driving distance of the company.
Requirements & Qualifications
- CPC certification or equivalent (AAPC or AHIMA)
- Experience with billing/coding in ambulatory surgery centers or a medical practice
- Ability to code without Computer Assisted Coding applications
- Experience meeting basic productivity standards
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication skills
