Reporting to the CEO, this role provides full oversight of the billing revenue cycle for Paragon Anesthesia, including credentialing, payer enrollment, claim submission, payment processing, and accounts receivable management. The manager provides strategic leadership and compliance oversight for a team of 15+ employees while also performing billing, coding, and revenue cycle functions as needed to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across patient billing and medical data management.
Responsibilities include billing oversight, coder education, payer and provider enrollment, administrative and revenue cycle support, budget tracking, and serving as the primary external point of contact for revenue cycle matters.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of billing and coding supervisory experience
CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification through AAPC or CSS certification through AHIMA required
