The role focuses on reviewing clinical and demographic information from health records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. This position supports compliant coding, data integrity, appropriate reimbursement, and overall health system performance.
You will work with coding team members and internal partners to complete assigned work accurately and efficiently, resolve routine coding edits, identify documentation gaps, and communicate coding questions or clarification needs to the appropriate stakeholders.
