We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our team and process patient billing information for insurance claims and databases.
Responsibilities include preparing statements and claims for medical procedures and services, verifying that insurance payments have been received, reviewing delinquent accounts and making phone calls to arrange payments, and preparing and transmitting claims to insurance companies.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills to support the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
