Solventum is seeking an Autonomous Coding Adoption Specialist to evaluate and optimize AI-driven medical coding technologies. In this role, you will analyze coding performance data, identify opportunities to expand automation, and detect risks or anomalies that could affect coding accuracy, compliance, or customer outcomes.
You will collaborate with clinical, engineering, compliance, reporting, data science, coding, and content teams to improve autonomous coding performance and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders. The role is remote, with up to 10% domestic travel and required on-site onboarding for new hires starting on or after October 1, 2025.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and 7 years of experience as an RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, or RN in private, public, government, or military settings
- Or high school diploma/GED and 11 years of the same relevant experience
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Experience with computer-assisted coding (CAC) or autonomous coding engines
Preferred
- Proven ability to drive technology automation
- Strong communication skills for client retention and alignment
- Ability to navigate client negotiations and reach mutually beneficial solutions
- Executive-level presentation skills, especially with ROI statistics
- Ability to bridge technical engineering, clinical, and customer-facing teams
