Responsible for applying CPT and ICD-10 codes to procedures performed for a given date of service at The Toledo Clinic. This role also supports patient tracking and claim follow-up, including working eCW claims for denials and errors.
Additional responsibilities include demographic registration and updates, charge entry, claim monitoring and correction, and building workflow processes that support accuracy and accountability. The position may also assist patients and insurance companies with billing and authorization questions and coordinate with providers to ensure all visits are accounted for.
Required
