Join a growing national home infusion pharmacy team as part of the Revenue Cycle Management team. This remote role focuses on collecting and resolving complex insurance claims for home infusion therapies and maximizing reimbursement across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers.
You will manage insurance accounts receivable, resolve payer issues, appeal denials, recover outstanding revenue, and collaborate with intake, authorization, billing, and clinical teams to support account resolution and improve cash collections.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required experience
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare insurance collections, reimbursement, or accounts receivable experience
- Experience collecting claims from insurance companies, including commercial and government payers
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, and denial resolution
- Experience working insurance AR and appeals
- Ability to communicate effectively with payer representatives and negotiate claim resolution
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Preferred experience
- Home infusion pharmacy accounts receivable experience
- Experience with TPN, antibiotic, chemotherapy, enteral, HIT nursing, or hydration claims
- Knowledge of HCPCS coding, infusion billing, and reimbursement methodologies
- Experience with CareTend, CPR+, WellSky, or similar home infusion software
- Familiarity with Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and commercial payer infusion reimbursement
- Understanding of authorizations, medical necessity reviews, and infusion-related denials
