Experienced chiropractic professional needed to oversee front office operations and in-house billing for a busy multi-disciplinary chiropractic clinic. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing daily workflow, supervising front-desk staff, handling insurance claims and denials, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation across chiropractic and supportive rehabilitative services.
The position requires someone who can identify problems, correct workflow issues, delegate effectively, and keep the office running efficiently. Candidates must have substantial chiropractic office experience and be able to take ownership of both office management and billing responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of chiropractic office experience
- Previous management or leadership experience in a chiropractic clinic
- Extensive experience with in-house chiropractic billing
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing, reimbursement, denials, EOBs/ERAs, and payment posting
- Experience with prior authorizations and payer requirements
- Familiarity with EZBIZ software
- Experience with Infinidi and/or Availity clearinghouse
- Experience working with Optum
- Ability to correct, resubmit, and resolve denied or incorrectly billed claims
- Ability to audit patient accounts and claims for accuracy
- Understanding of the relationship between documentation, coding, services, and billing
- Experience scheduling patients in a busy chiropractic or multi-disciplinary clinic
- Ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and hold employees accountable
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Must be able to hit the ground running; not an entry-level role
