Temp-to-hire opportunity supporting the Revenue Cycle Management team with accurate medical coding, claim review, compliance, and coaching/training for internal teams.
- Remote schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Work focused on coding accuracy, claim integrity, and revenue cycle support
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- CPC, CPC-A, RHIT, or CCS preferred
- 5+ years of experience in coding and/or billing
- Experience with NextGen or similar EHR systems
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required or must apply within 7 working days of start
- TB test required
- Background check, drug screen, and E-Verify required
