This role is part of the Revenue Integrity team at Baptist Metro Square and is a full-time, day-shift opportunity.
The Charge Integrity Analyst works in Epic work queues to identify missing charges or modifiers, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate findings. The position focuses on coding Emergency Room accounts for IV Infusion Therapy charges and supporting revenue management and revenue protection initiatives.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates located in approved remote states.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience with CPT/HCPCS codes or charging
- 3–5 years of coding experience
- 1–2 years of third-party billing and payment methodologies experience
- 1–2 years of knowledge of federal and state regulations
Preferred Experience
- SmartSheet experience
- Experience with Epic
Education
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree preferred

- Strong coding background
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle
- Experience handling claims
- Ability to work independently
