Overview
The Team Leader, Claims & Billing is responsible for providing support to staff and management. Serves as a resource for the Hospital Claims & Billing office. This position requires a high-level understanding of processes and systems as they relate to the functions of the business office, including basic medical diagnosis and procedure coding.

Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare preferred
- 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Billing, or Healthcare required
- Leadership, Revenue Cycle, or Managed Care Contracting experience preferred
