Join a growing primary care practice as a Family Medicine Physician focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.
The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, supporting continuity of care, preventive medicine, and long-term patient relationships. The physician will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing preventive visits and routine physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, completing office-based procedures, educating patients and families, coordinating referrals, documenting patient encounters in the EHR, and participating in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.
Required
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current unrestricted state medical license or eligibility for licensure
- DEA registration and controlled substance license as required
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Preferred
- Experience in outpatient family medicine
- Experience managing patients across all age groups
- Knowledge of quality metrics and value-based care programs
