This role supports image tracking, retrieval, transmission, and release processes for PACS and related systems. The position also assists physicians and staff as needed, operates imaging-related equipment, and helps maintain workflow continuity within the radiology department.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
2 years of relevant experience.
Entry-level HIT experience preferred.
Prior imaging/radiology experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to provide customer service to patients and providers.
