Supports data management, outcome and satisfaction surveys, quality monitoring, and system support for MHSD.
Works with CareLogic and TeleSage to maintain data integrity, monitor health records, prepare reports, and provide technical and administrative support.
Contributes to quality improvement initiatives and provides accurate information to leadership for informed decision-making.
Three years of experience in medical records or as a patient coder; or
Two years of experience in medical records or as a patient coder plus registration with AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA); or
A bachelor's degree in health information.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, and able to exercise independent judgment.
Experience with data management, reporting, and health records systems is preferred.
Ability to support quality monitoring, compliance reviews, and technical/system administration tasks.
