You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Coding Ahead offers free and paid subscription tiers, including but not limited to Solo Coder, CasePilot Plus, and Bundle plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
CasePilot, CaseConsultant, and other AI-powered features on the platform generate responses using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, clinical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated medical coding suggestions before applying them in a clinical or billing context.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. Use of these tools does not create a provider-patient relationship or any professional advisory relationship.
Medical coding information provided through our platform, including ICD-10-CM codes, CPT codes, and related content, is for reference and educational purposes only. Coding guidelines change frequently. We do not guarantee that coding content is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Always consult official coding guidelines and a qualified coding professional when making billing determinations.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Coding Ahead LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your submitted content with third parties for marketing purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate any applicable laws, including HIPAA. Do not submit unredacted Protected Health Information (PHI) to our AI tools.

For job seekers: Job listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not endorse any employer and are not responsible for the accuracy of employer-provided content. Applying for jobs through our platform is at your own discretion and risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coding Ahead LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated coding suggestions, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
