For instance, if slide digitization occurs simultaneously with screening and interpretation, the appropriate code to report is 0832T. Conversely, if the sample requires preparation before screening and interpretation, the code 0833T should be used. Additionally, when slide digitization is performed concurrently with slide preparation for an extended study involving five or more slides and/or multiple stains, the code 0834T is applicable.
