Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), and experience such as at least 1 year in medical fields like Scribe, Military Corpsman/Medic, Certified Medical Assistant, biller/coder, or 1 year as a Quality Analyst in healthcare, or 6 months conducting QA reviews of DBQs.
Skills needed are deep medical terminology knowledge, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft tools, analytical and decision-making abilities, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
