Provides daily support to physicians and clinical staff for Athena/IDX schedules.
Trains staff on policies, procedures, and clinic protocols.
Acts as a liaison between office staff, physicians, and management.
Assists analysts and director with projects within scope of responsibility.
Assists with system testing for applicable systems following the testing plan.
Attends support staff and other assigned meetings.
Demonstrates competent computer skills.
High school graduate or equivalent required.
One year data entry and customer service experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience with EMR or Practice Management systems preferred.
Basic office skills with copy and fax machines.
Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to plan and prioritize workflow to produce accurate work.
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
Problem solving abilities.
