As a Medical Records Specialist, you will process and organize medical records timely and in compliance with regulatory guidelines and laws. Responsibilities include auditing charts, completing checklists, handling storage and retention of charts, responding to medical record requests, copying documents, maintaining tracking logs, and other related duties.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- 3 to 5 years experience in a medical office, hospital, outpatient surgery center, or related field
- Computer experience including Excel, Word, Medical Billing Software, and Applications
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
