Amperos Health is healthcare's first AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. Our AI handles claims end-to-end, including portal follow-ups, payor calls, appeals, and medical records, enabling providers to resolve more denials and recover more revenue.
As an RCM Operations Leader, you will build and scale the operational infrastructure behind our AI-powered revenue cycle platform. Responsibilities include leading domestic and offshore billing teams, owning performance reporting, advising clients, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to enhance AI capabilities.
Key duties:
- Build and manage internal and offshore RCM teams to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Serve as trusted client advisor translating operational data into insights and recommendations
- Oversee collectors and billers for workflows not yet automated
- Own reporting on denial rate, first-pass resolution, A/R aging, cost-to-collect, net collection rate
- Monitor AI agent performance and investigate issues
- Partner with Product and Engineering to expand AI features and automation
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in healthcare RCM with at least 3 years managing teams of 15+ members
- Experience building RCM operations from the ground up
- Proven track record managing offshore billing or A/R teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and engineering teams
