We're looking for a Dental Billing Specialist who wants to be part of that mission. In this role, your work goes far beyond billing; you help remove financial barriers so patients can receive the care they need.

Every claim processed, every denial resolved, and every patient question answered contributes directly to someone’s ability to access care. Your attention to detail helps sustain essential dental services for our community, especially for those who need it most.

Prepare and process dental insurance claims (Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance) Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), resolve denials, and follow up with insurance companies Post patient and insurance payments accurately Monitor accounts receivable and work aged reports Prepare patient statements and assist with billing inquiries Identify reimbursement trends and communicate concerns to leadership Process adjustments and refunds in accordance with protocols Maintain accurate records, scan documents, and ensure confidentiality Collaborate with team members and participate in training and meetings

Minimum 6 months of billing or related experience Knowledge of medical/dental billing practices, coding, and terminology Strong computer skills (data entry, word processing, Excel) Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurers A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and serving diverse populations

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet clinic immunization requirements Successful completion of background check and drug screening

100% office-based role Standard office equipment and systems Minimal exposure to hazards Occasional travel between locations may be required
