2070Health is launching a new company in the US care navigation space focused on implementing CMS-reimbursable Community Health Integration (CHI) and Principal Illness Navigation (PIN) programs for Medicare patients. This Revenue Cycle Management Specialist role involves managing the end-to-end revenue cycle for Medicare CHI and PIN claims, ensuring clean billing and payment compliance, auditing charge capture against clinical documentation, handling denials and appeals, and collaborating with clinical teams to close documentation gaps.
Key responsibilities include eligibility verification, payment posting, ERA/EOB reconciliation, managing AR aging, and reporting payer trends to leadership. The role is critical to enabling provider practices to deliver and bill the new Medicare benefit efficiently.

2 to 5 years of hands-on US medical billing and revenue cycle experience Direct experience billing Medicare Part B claims Proficiency with CHI and PIN code family including PCM (99424–99427), CCM (99490, 99439, 99487, 99489), TCM (99495, 99496), BHI/CoCM (99484, 99492–99494), RPM/RTM (99453–99458), APCM (G0556–G0558), SDOH Risk Assessment (G0136), CCM initiating visit (G0506), and RHC/FQHC general care management (G0511) Fluent in HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10-CM coding for chronic and seriously ill populations Experience with EHR/PMS systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, Epic, Cerner, Kareo, or similar Strong English communication skills US work authorization Prior experience in care-navigation companies, digital health platforms, value-based provider groups, or specialty practices billing CHI/PIN at scale preferred
