The Revenue Cycle Specialist plays a critical role in billing and collecting payments for services rendered across various payor sources. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate coding, billing, handling claim denials, payment posting, and resolving patient account issues.
Key duties involve verifying patient registration, reviewing and correcting charges, managing aged receivables, researching unpaid claims, resolving denials and underpayments, submitting appeals to third-party payors, posting payments, and responding to patient billing inquiries.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with CPC certification preferred. Required skills include knowledge of medical electronic billing and coding, customer service, basic math, proficiency with MS Office and Epic EHR Revenue Cycle applications, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
The position is hybrid with a requirement to be located in or relocating to Colorado.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Salary is an hourly rate of $22 - $26, depending on experience.
