ReveLution, LLC is a healthcare consulting and revenue cycle management company specializing in oncology and adjacent services. They support physician practices with revenue cycle services including coding, billing, accounts receivable management, insurance verification, prior authorizations, denial resolution, and patient financial counseling.
This full-time, fully remote position supports multiple revenue cycle functions: coding, claim submission, insurance follow-up, denial management, prior authorizations, patient financial counseling, benefit verification, and patient account support. Oncology billing and/or prior authorization experience is strongly preferred.
Key responsibilities include submitting claims, resolving rejections and denials, managing accounts receivable, verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining prior authorizations, assisting with appeals, providing patient financial counseling, handling billing calls, collaborating with providers and payers, maintaining documentation, and cross-training in revenue cycle functions.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year medical billing/revenue cycle experience, preferably oncology experience, coding certification preferred (CPC, CPC-A, CPB, ROCC), familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid/commercial payers, and remote work experience. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.
Skills required: strong knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and coding principles (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10), proficiency with payer portals and EHR systems, critical thinking, multitasking, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork.
Minimum 1 year medical billing, revenue cycle, insurance follow-up, authorizations, or related healthcare administrative experience required. Strongly preferred oncology experience. Coding certifications preferred (CPC, CPC-A, CPB, ROCC). Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid/AHCCCS, and commercial payer guidelines. Experience working remotely and independently preferred. Bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants a plus. Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding principles. Strong problem-solving, communication, multitasking, organizational skills, and positive teamwork attitude.
