Come and Join our dynamic dental team! We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and support the efficiency of our dental practice. Duties include performing thorough dental cleanings, patient assessments, assisting chairside during dental procedures, taking X-rays, educating patients on oral hygiene, maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems (Eaglesoft), following strict infection control protocols, supporting pediatric dentistry, and managing dental records.
Preferred experience includes working in a fast-paced dental office, familiarity with EMR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix, knowledge of dental terminology and HIPAA compliance, and certification as a licensed Dental Hygienist. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM to afternoon, Friday optional. Pay is $45 to $50 per hour, approximately 34 hours weekly. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, employee discount, health, vision and life insurance, and paid time off. Position is in-person in Windsor, WI.
- Certification as a licensed Dental Hygienist (mandatory)
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, HIPAA regulations

- Strong understanding of general dentistry procedures and patient care
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
