We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our revenue cycle operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring seamless billing, collections, and accounts receivable management. Your leadership will drive efficiency, optimize cash flow, and enhance overall financial performance.
Lead and coordinate all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient registration, billing, coding, collections, and accounts receivable follow-up. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve revenue cycle efficiency and accuracy. Monitor key performance indicators such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection effectiveness to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliance with billing regulations and coding standards. Oversee staff training and development to maintain high levels of expertise in revenue cycle management. Resolve complex billing issues and denials promptly to maximize revenue recovery. Utilize analytics tools to generate reports that inform strategic decisions and process enhancements.
Proven experience managing end-to-end revenue cycle operations within a healthcare or similar environment. Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), insurance claims processing, and reimbursement procedures. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, fostering a motivated and high-performing work culture. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in revenue cycle management software and data analysis tools. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across departments and resolve complex issues efficiently. Experience implementing process improvements that lead to measurable financial gains.
