Manager, Revenue Operations

Join a collaborative team providing exceptional support to Corus Orthodontists' practices. As Revenue Operations Manager on the Practice Optimization team, you will improve and scale revenue-related workflows across our orthodontic practice network, enhancing billing, insurance processing, and financial workflows to boost revenue margins and performance. Collaborate closely with Practice Operations, Accounting, and leadership to standardize financial processes and implement scalable revenue systems.

You will lead workflow optimization initiatives, design and implement standardized financial workflows, conduct reviews to identify process gaps, and develop training materials. You will support revenue systems such as OrthoFi and CDAnet, monitor adoption, and analyze pricing, insurance participation, reimbursement rates to prevent revenue leakage. This role includes cross-functional collaboration with AR Accounting, Optimization, and Practice Support teams.

This permanent full-time role is remote, with flexibility to be based in Colorado, California, Texas, or Florida.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. 4-6+ years in practice financial operations, revenue cycle, or healthcare practice administration, experience with Dental or Orthodontic Service Organizations a plus. Strong understanding of orthodontic billing, financial workflows, accounts receivable processes. Knowledge of dental/orthodontic billing practices, coding standards (e.g., CDT codes), US insurance claim processing, and payer policies. Experience with financial audits, workflow optimization, process standardization, and practice management systems like Ortho2 or Dolphin. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent leadership, training, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance. Ability to travel periodically for practice support and training.
