Dental Insurance & Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Oasis Dentistry is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Dental Insurance & Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our growing luxury dental practice in Concord, NC.

This is not an entry-level front desk role. The ideal candidate deeply understands dental insurance, claims management, Eaglesoft, and revenue cycle systems, takes ownership, works proactively, and helps keep the practice financially healthy and operationally excellent.

The practice is modern, fast-paced, hospitality-driven, and growth-focused, building something different from traditional dentistry.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years dental insurance coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of Eaglesoft
• Experience with PPO insurance verification and breakdowns
• Experience sending claims electronically with attachments
• Understanding of narratives, radiographs, intraoral photos, and documentation requirements
• Experience handling insurance aging reports and claim denials
• Ability to review frequencies, limitations, waiting periods, missing tooth clauses, downgrades, and history
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Systems used: Eaglesoft, Airpay, Nexhealth, Vyne Dental

Daily Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits accurately
• Input insurance information into Eaglesoft
• Review patient insurance history and frequencies
• Ensure all patients are eligible prior to appointments
• Contact patients proactively regarding inactive insurance, missing information, or coverage issues
• Submit claims daily with proper documentation and attachments
• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and accounts receivable
• Work insurance aging reports and denial correspondence
• Correct rejected claims and resubmit quickly
• Track missing EOBs and insurance payments
• Communicate with front office and clinical team regarding coverage limitations and claim requirements
• Maintain organized and accurate insurance notes/documentation
